Terms of Service for Mudarabah (MDRB) Token Sale

By participating in the Mudarabah (MDRB) token sale, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mudarabah. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from accessing or using this platform or participating in any token sale.

Eligibility & Participation

Participation in the Mudarabah (MDRB) ICO is restricted to individuals and entities legally permitted to engage in cryptocurrency activities under their local jurisdiction. By purchasing MDRB tokens, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any country where participation in token offerings is restricted or prohibited.
• You are participating for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Nature of Tokens

MDRB tokens are utility and governance tokens within the Mudarabah ecosystem. They do not represent equity, shares, debt instruments, or any legal claim over Mudarabah’s assets or profits. Token holders may use MDRB for voting, participation in DAO governance, and ecosystem activities but are not entitled to dividends or guaranteed returns.

Purpose & Use of Funds

Funds raised during the ICO will be allocated to litigation financing, legal research, infrastructure, and token buyback operations as defined in the official documentation. Mudarabah does not guarantee the success of any legal case or return on investment. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Support & Assistance

For technical or transactional issues, participants may contact the official Mudarabah support channels. Support requests related to wallet management, third-party exchanges, or personal custody cannot be honored. Any intervention requiring code or platform modification may be subject to additional agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, and technology used by the Mudarabah platform remain the exclusive property of Mudarabah or its affiliates. Purchasing MDRB tokens does not grant ownership, licensing, or intellectual property rights over any part of the ecosystem.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Mudarabah platform or MDRB tokens for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.
• Interfering with or disrupting blockchain operations.
• Attempting to manipulate token prices or voting mechanisms.
• Violating sanctions, securities laws, or any other applicable regulations.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and access credentials. Loss of access to your wallet or tokens is irreversible, and Mudarabah cannot restore or replace lost tokens. You agree to notify Mudarabah immediately in case of suspected account compromise.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mudarabah shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your participation, including but not limited to loss of data, tokens, or financial opportunity. All tokens are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.

Amendments to Terms

Mudarabah reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation or token holding constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mudarabah operates. Any dispute shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
